Leadership Coaching
All great achievements begin with great leadership; all business challenges require improved awareness and leadership adjustments.
Our leadership coaching process is designed to help you align your leadership behaviours with your strategic objectives and long-term vision, so whether you are aiming for new heights or navigating a sticky problem, you will be equipped with the awareness, skills and confidence to progress powerfully.
During our personalised sessions, we will collaborate with you to explore your core values and motivations, helping you pinpoint and overcome the challenges that are blocking your path—with a strong emphasis on coaching you towards the conversations and communication practices that will support your transformation.
Leadership coaching takes place on-site or via Zoom, over a minimum of six one-hour sessions and will combine different approaches including one-on-one coaching, team facilitation, shadowing and the application of taught frameworks.

‘You just need to get in the room’ is not just a cheesy marketing line but the guiding philosophy of our coaching practice and the key difference in our approach that sets us apart from the crowd- and makes our work especially potent in cases of conflict or crisis.
We work with the belief that change cannot happen in a silo, and leadership decisions can only be as strong as the information and judgements that inform them. By insisting upon and installing a group communication practice in which key players are supported to safely, openly and honestly communicate critical perspectives, we support you to harness the collective power of your team through group awareness, connection and trust- in order to thrive, even in the face of the most complex problems.
The group communication process can be implemented as part of the leadership coaching process to support team optimisation, or can be deployed as a standalone tool for tackling acute cases of conflict or crisis. ‘Essential conversations’ are identified then coached and facilitated on an iterative basis to shed light on the deeper forces at play that are feeding outcomes, and determine the process of change.
