Based in Auckland, and serving business and private clients all around the world, Louisa Dellabarca is the founder and coach at In The Room, a coaching practice established in 2019, to help leaders harness the power of collective intelligence by improving connection and communication across their teams.

Louisa began her career in project management in the UK where she worked as the senior event manager at London’s iconic Somerset House before moving into Formula One in 2006, where she led project teams for ING’s sponsorship of the Renault Formula One team, alongside Grand Prix events.  

During her time in Formula One, Louisa witnessed some of the finest examples of team performance on the planet sparking her passion for human potential, and ultimately leading her into a new career in leadership and team coaching -and onto her quest to support businesses to optimise by enacting the principles of high-performance and collective intelligence.

Today Louisa specialises in team coaching and conflict resolution, and is passionate about engaging the whole-system, fostering robust team dialog, and embedding communication practices that support growth, creativity and adaption. She brings a unique blend of international experience and a deep interest in the human psyche to her coaching approach, and is a passionate believer in the power of human connection to generate extraordinary results.
